| Administrative History | Sinclair’s Bay Trust (SBT) was officially formed and registered with Companies House in December 2020 after an action plan was commissioned by Sinclair’s Bay Community Council to explore, identify, and outline the community’s needs and aspirations.
A development trust is defined as a ‘community owned and led organisation, working to combine community led action with an enterprising approach to address and tackle local needs’ (Development Trust Association Scotland).
SBT’s mission statement is ‘improving and developing Sinclair’s Bay as a place to live, work and visit’.
