Members declare their hostility to the policies of Lord Melbourne's Ministry.
Administrative HistoryThe Lybster Reform Association was founded in Lybster, Caithness, in 1835. The electors and inhabitants of Lybster produced a declaration announcing their opposition to the political beliefs of the Caithness-shire Constitutional Association and supporting the ministry of William Lamb (1779-1848) Lord Melbourne, the Prime Minister.
