| Administrative History | Sir Patrick Sinclair founded the planned Village of Lybster in 1802 and built a Fort and settlement at Mackinac Island in 1764 which became the City of St. Clair, Michigan.
Contact between the two places has fallen through in recent years, though representatives from both would like to reinstate it again. |
