| Administrative History | Stacks Bistro was established after the Wymer family bought the derelict Caithness Pottery building in John O’Groats in 2015. The Bistro was run by mother and daughter, Teresa and Rebecca Wymer from 2016-2021. From 2021 the Bistro traded as Stacks Deli and Bakery changing from a sit in eatery to a take away establishment. |
