| Administrative History | Donald Gunn was a ghillie in Braemore Caithness. He joined the RAF at the outbreak of WWII and there learned a trade of mechanics. He returned to Caithness and was head mechanic at Macrae and Dick Garage in Wick. Following this he became a Registrar in Thurso before changing career path again and becoming a social worker.
