Administrative HistoryIain Sutherland is a prolific local historian who was born in and has lived in Wick all of his life. Iain was awarded an MBE for his services to local heritage in 2006. Iain was an employee at Dounreay Nuclear Site for many years before retiring and becoming the Chairman of the Wick Society where he was fundamental in securing premises for the Wick Heritage Museum and preserving local heritage.
