| Administrative History | Junior Chambers was first introduced in Scotland in 1937 when Glasgow Junior Chamber of Commerce was formed. The Inverness Junior Chamber was affiliated in 1969 and the inaugural meeting was held on 15 October with Brian Longmore as President. Membership provided opportunities to develop leadership skills, community awareness and social responsibility within a sociable atmosphere. Junior Chamber Inverness ceased in December 2000 |
