| Administrative History | Mrs. Charles Matheson had four sons and one daughter; William, Simon, James, Peter and Isabella. Isabella went on to marry George Smith and had two daughters, Elspet and Mary while her brothers went to fight in WWI, William, Simon and James in the Army and Peter in the Navy. George Smith was transferred to the Army reserves at the beginning of the war and did not fight. Elspet Smith went on to school at Inverness Royal Academy after the war and stayed there until she was around 18 years old. |
