Administrative History | The culmination of a project set up in 1999 by the Cultural & Leisure Services of the Highland Council to tie in with a wider EU TERRA funded programme entitled 'Historic Canals: Living Waterways. Bob Pegg and Mairi MacArthur were commissioned to research the musical traditions of the Caledonian Canal, with the broad range of oral and documentary sources identified during the project being drawn upon to produce this tape |
