| Administrative History | Highland Reconstruction Association was formed in December 1918 for the purposes of assisting in the development and reconstruction of the Highlands in the post-war period.
The Association consisted of representatives appointed by the County Councils (or District Committees as appropriate) and by the Town Councils in the Counties of Inverness, Ross and Cromarty, Sutherland and Caithness. |
